Yeah it worked out just fine. He’s always loved animals. Remember when he tried to kidnap Dimples when we first got him. He does have a valid point baby, he’s so smart. We can totally handle a bunny or a hamster. I mean we have the twins, Nellie has dimples, he should have something for himself. He’s almost seven, i trust him to be responsible. Maybe daddy and him can go at the weekend and get him something?
Oh I definitely remember that. Anyway I doubt college dorms allow animals, haha. I was thinking since his birthday is in a couple of weeks we could get him something as an early birthday gift. He’s been amazing since we got home with Callie and Harry.

I love how we were able to find the right balance of strictness but we allow them to have fun too. Our parents were really strict and sucked the fun out of so many things. I’m glad to hear that he’s doing good in school, since i missed the last conference because i was on bedrest with the twins.
That is true, and I’m glad it all worked out. Apparently animal science is his favorite subject (well no surprise there), and he’s been bugging me about getting a puppy. So I said we already have Dimples and he said no it’s Nell’s and she’s taking him to college. Then he said a bunny or a hamster would do too.

Feeling Cameron begin to wiggle in his grasp, Mike let him down and watched as he made his way to the bed. His heart swelled with pride as he heard him ask Tina if she was okay. The kid had always been wise beyond his years, always sparing a thought for those around him. “Yeah I did,” He replied. “She should be coming by a little later.” It put a huge smile on his face as Cameron mentioned missing him. “Oh did you?” Mike walked over to his side, cupping his chin in his hand. “Well you can stay put, but I’m pretty sure they’d kick me out if I tried to get in too.” Mike reasoned, laughing at the very thought of it. “Daddy can I carry the babies?” Cameron asked, his eyes widening. “Alright,” Mike picked him up from the bed. “Let’s get you here.” He walked over to the couch and plopped him down before going over to the crib and carefully lifted Harry, who was awake, out of it. “Okay now,” He settled Harry on Cameron’s lap. “You gotta support his little head. Just like that.” Taking his place beside the older boy, he beamed watching him bond with his brother. Pulling his phone out of his pocket, he decided that he had to document this precious moment. “Over here Cam,” The boy looked up and flashed his widest grin as Mike snapped a shot. It warmed his heart watching Cameron lean down to press a kiss on Harry’s forehead. Getting on Facebook on his phone, he immediately uploaded the picture with the caption ‘My boys :)’.
Tina nodded when Mike mentioned that he had been in touch with Nellie, she also knew that the teen had her own life, she was a senior in high school and Tina could remember so vividly being her age herself. “good i’m glad” Tina beamed. Cuddling Cameron as he cuddled into her. Cameron laughed seeing the expression on Mikes “you bet i did daddy” he grinned. Looking at her husband lovingly as Mike politely declined the 6year olds request that he join them on the bed, she knew that Mike was probably worried about hurting her if they were all squashed together and he would be right because she was still in quite some discomfort but wouldn’t allow it to interfere with her having some time with her family. When Cameron asked if he could carry the baby’s, Tina gave a small nod to Mike, she wanted him to love the babies both of them because she knew that it would be a hard adjustment for him and he wasn’t the baby of the household anymore. A few happy tears fell from her eyes when Mike eased Harry into his arms and seeing the proud look on Cameron’s face as he held his little brother for the first time. Mike was always one step ahead of her as he pulled out his cell and took a snap shot of a very proud Cameron with Harry nestled safely in his arms. Cameron’s smiling brightly and Harry is looking up at him and alert. “thats beautiful” she exclaimed happily as Mike showed her the picture and moved both Cameron and Harry into his own lap, so the three of them could have a cuddle.
